Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) Registration Instructions
The Waterford School has three Parent Teacher Conferences throughout the school year. The registration website is turned on the week before each of the conference sessions on Tuesday at 6:00 PM Mountain time. On that day, this icon will appear in the “Parent Portal”:

NOTE: all Thursday evening sessions will be held on campus (room numbers will be on your schedule) and all Friday sessions will be held via zoom (zoom link will be on your emailed schedule).
You will be directed to a page that will list your students and their classes. From this page, you can select a time to conference with each teacher. You can also view and email yourself the schedule.

To select a time, click on the “Select Time” button for the desired class. The link will change to “Meeting Time”. Click the button again and select the time.
Please double check your final schedule in yellow on the right side of the screen. Make sure it contains your desired schedule. NOTE: you can cancel the conference time by clicking the red cancel link by each time.

Conversely, if you just want to change a particular time, you can go back tot he left side and find the class and teacher and click on the button again and select a new time. This will update your schedule on the right.

Email your schedule and zoom links to yourself by clicking on the “Email Schedule” link under the “Announcement” bar at the top of the page.
