Calendars (Household, School, & Athletic)

There are three main calendars that parents will want to check frequently.

• Household (My Calendar) – This calendar will be custom to your family and experience at Waterford. This will show events that your student is involved in (i.e. if your student is enrolled in Volleyball you will see all games and practices for Volleyball).
• School Calendar – This is the public calendar which shows all major events at the school.
• Athletic Calendar – All game and tournament events will be shown here.

School Documents

Hover over the “Information” icon in the blue menu bar to access many helpful school documents.

School Forms (General & Medical)

Please open and fill out the necessary school forms:

• General School Forms (Extended Day, Bus Service, and more)
• Medical Forms (Allergies, Immunizations, etc…)

Student Billing (Pay Invoices)

Click on the “Pay your bill” icon to access the student billing module. You can also register for AutoPay to have your card or account billed automatically on a monthly basis.

Student Information

Student information (daily schedule, reports, etc…) will be displayed in the center section of the portal under the title of “My Children”. This information will be published on August 16th.

Waterford Directory

Click on the “Directories” icon in the blue navigation bar to search contact information for students, parents, and faculty.
